A support ticket is a request for business enterprise I.T. help to troubleshoot hardware and software problems, network abnormalities, VoIP issues, malware/viruses and other computer errors. A ticket request can be sent to us 3 ways: online at http://helpdesk.bridgecast.ca; by email to helpdesk@bridgecast.ca; or by phone, call 613-228-8118 and press “1” for the I.T. support queue. This ticket portal is offered exclusively to BridgeCast I.T. clients with a managed service contract.
